Cancellation Policy

Booking cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the tour. If you change your mind or can no longer attend, please let us know as soon as possible.

 

In case of adverse weather conditions

In case of adverse weather, you will be promptly contacted to reschedule the kayak excursion to an earlier or later time or another day.

 

Itinerary Changes

Depending on sea conditions, we reserve the right to modify the itinerary to ensure an enjoyable tour and the safety of our guests.
